Eylure Eyelash Extensions

Throughneweyesx Eyelure Eyelash Extensions Review
Throughneweyesx Eyelure Eyelash Extensions Review

My eyelashes have grown quite a lot now, but for nights out I much prefer having bolder lashes. To be honest, I wish my lashes always looked like this. But realistically I would need some super growth serum which makes them like 2 inches long. I feel like I've made a bit more of an effort with fake lashes, but I actually find these easier to apply than strip lashes. Who would think these would be easier??

I actually got some done at a salon in the Summer and I much preferred these over them, and they cost a lot more than these which are only £5.29. Fleur De Force actually does her own range too for £6.95, but I've never found them in stock yet.

This pack is more of the 'natural' look rather than the fuller ones you can get, which I do want to give a go too. I just feel a little more glam with some super long lashes!

I do think they make a lot of difference, they make your eye make up stand out more and look like you have made a bit more effort (eventhough you haven't). The only time you will need more effort in the morning is if a valuable one in the middle falls out and you look ridiculous. Which usually happens when you're planning to go out that night and you have to frantically glue it back in.

Only downside of these is that they're pretty awkward to get off, some fall off straight away but there is always a stubborn one which won't come off. I did actually give up once and walked around with a huge eyelash on my right eye for a few days. Not a good look guys. But I do love these, especially for when I'm on holiday.

Kiss-Air Candles*

Throughneweyesx Kiss-Air Candles Christmas
Throughneweyesx Kiss-Air Candles Christmas

I love Christmas; the candles, decorations, songs, food.. well everything. So when Kiss-Air mentioned they had a Christmas candle range coming out I was so excited! There is 5 scents all together: Chocolate Orange; Christmas Tree; Cranberry & Orange and the two I got. But Mulberry Spice and Gingerbread just seemed more Christmassy to me! And they're my Dad's favourite candle smell too so it was only fair, nothing better than coming home after work to a house that smells like Christmas. I'm actually excited writing about it (saddo).

Gingerbread is actually an identical smell to gingerbread (obv, but sometimes they're just sweet smelling), it actually makes me hungry. You can smell it throughout the house and it smells like a bakery, so good! Mulberry Spice is a mix of berries and cinnamon, which is always my favourite Christmas smell. This one is my favourite one out of the two, though they are both soo good! And they're only £8.50 each.

What are you favourite candle scents? I really want to try these ones!

Benefit Hoola Review

Benefit Hoola Bronzer Review
Benefit Hoola Bronzer Review

I don't know how long I've been eyeing this bronzer up, but seeing as Benefit isn't the cheapest of options and I was never really sure if I would use a bronzer enough. But after years I've finally realised how to actually use one and that I don't actually put it all over and turn myself into a tangerine (throwback 10 years). It's became my go to contour product, though I do have a daily battle between this and my Nars Laguna bronzer.. they're both too good.

Like all Benefit blushes/bronzers it comes in a cardboard little box packaging, with a mini brush. I do love the little brush as it's really handy when you have it in your bag for a quick top up, but I hate the cardboard. I forever wish Benefit would replace the card packaging.

The bronzer is really pigmented and doesn't have any glitter in it, so you don't have to worry about looking like a glitterball. It smells a little perfumed too, whereas most of my powders don't have any scent but it hasn't effected me at all! (I have quite sensitive skin). I use this under my cheekbones, around my forehead and under my jawline and occasionally dust it over the rest of my face depending if I'm tanned or not. Which won't be for much longer as it's fading away already, cry. But it's so far my favourite bronzer I've tried, along with Nars Laguna bronzer. If you're a paley like me, you need this in your collection!

Have you tried this? What's your favourite bronzer?

Blanx Teeth Whitening*

Throughneweyesx Blanx Teeth Whitening Review
Throughneweyesx Blanx Teeth Whitening Review

I have used Blanx toothpastes for years now, so these aren't new to me but there is a few ranges I haven't tried out before. I actually won some in a giveaway a few years ago through a blogger (who no longer blogs now, cry), and loved them. They're not the cheapest compared to the likes of Colgate etc but I never think the cheaper ones actually whiten your teeth. But I do think these actually make a difference! I use the Blanx LED toothpaste, which ism't actually in here but its pretty much the same as the Advanced White.

I don't think I've ever owned so much toothpaste in my life, I don't know what to do with it all! It's not exactly something you use up in a week and move onto the next! But I did start off with the Intensive Whitening Treatment so I could do a little before and after. You use this toothpaste twice a day alongside one of the other toothpastes above, and you are supposed to see results in one week! Seeing as I already use this I wouldn't say there was a dramatic change (maybe a few years ago), but I do think it makes a difference. And it doesn't strip your teeth by using bleach!

The front cameras on iPhones are horrendous I know, but it's the best way I can take photos like this. I do think there is a difference, though the photos are different. I'm still using this toothpaste a few times a week along side the classic white and they are still nice and white. The toothpaste has a nice minty flavour which isn't over powering either, as I hate the ones which are so minty it's unbearable!

Blanx have also supplied me with the above the giveaway to you's too! You will get:
  • Intensive Whitening Treatment
  • Blanx Classic White
  • Blanx Intensive Stain Removal
  • Blanx Advanced Whitening
All you have to do is fill in the below form! It's nice and easy this time without many loopholes, just as long as you're following me on Bloglovin' and Twitter :-)

Lush Cream Candy and Melting Marshmallow Moment

Thoughneweyesx Lush Cosmetics Cream Candy and Melting Marshmallow Moment Review
Thoughneweyesx Lush Cosmetics Cream Candy and Melting Marshmallow Moment Review

It's been a while for me and Lush, there isn't exactly one near me so it's not often I get a hold of some goodies. I'm still yet to get some Christmas ones and I definitely missed the Halloween ones.. maybe next year. So, until then I have the Cream Candy Bubblebar and the Melting Mashmallow Moment. I had to get the marshmallow one, it was the yummiest thing I've ever smelt.. I could have ate it.

I found that I had to use the whole marshmallow melt to get an actual colour and scent in my bath, which I was a little sad about. I like them to last a bit longer by splitting them, but not this time. Though I did like this, I do like the fun of having bright sparkly bath water that I have to spend more time cleaning that the time I actually spend enjoying it. But if you're one who doesn't like the strong scents (and cleaning), this ones more up your street!

Now, the Cream Candy was more like it! It made my bath a lovely dark pink colour with heaps of bubbles! and I could also split this one over 3 baths, so it lasted a lot longer! This also has cocoa butter in too so your skin is super soft afterwards. I would definitely grab this one again.

Have you tried either of these two? I'm desperate to get the Experimenter next!

Barry M Gelly Hi Shine*

Through New Eyesx - Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Review & Swatches
Through New Eyesx - Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Review & Swatches

I've recently found a new found love for Barry M products after trying out their lip paints, so I was happy to give these a go too. Especially the two red ones, perfect for Autumn/Winter! These are pigmented lip crayons which come in 7 shades, browns, reds, pinks and nudes. I must admit that I've never came across these in store, but I'm glad I've got the chance to try them. I think Barry M need to get themselves out there in the blogging world and get themselves noticed!

I love lip crayons as I love how easy they are to throw in your handbag and how easy they are to sweep on. I've had the same dark berry one in my handbag for donkeys, so good job I can now replace it! As much as I love matte lips, they don't last all day and I don't carry lipsticks in my handbag so these types of lipsticks are my top ups through the day. You don't have to worry about them sweating or melting in the heat (especially not at the moment seeing as it's baltic).

Through New Eyesx - Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Review & Swatches
Ft. the dressing gown, Left to Right - Electra, Vega and Alpha.

Now I'm no lipgloss expert, but every lipgloss I've ever owned have never been this pigmented. Even my Rimmel and MUA balms are really transparent. Electra (the bright pink) and Alpha (the bright red) are the most pigmented, but Vega is still a little transparent. These are only £4.99 so they're not expensive and pretty much on par with the other brands. Another thing I like about these rather than the chubby version is how easy it is to get a clean line around your lips, so you don't need any liner. Which is always a perk when you're trying to be quick!

Have you tried any of these or similar?

Wet n Wild Comfort Zone

ThroughNewEyes Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette review and swatches
ThroughNewEyes Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette review and swatches

I have wanted a Wet n Wild palette for so long now, but England being lousy for makeup they don't sell it in any stores around here (they do online on a few sites but I like seeing them). So I thought it would be my next America trip until I got one, and depressingly enough that wouldn't be any time soon. Strangely enough, I bought this from Lanzarote?? I think I scared some of the Spanish when I saw it and got excited.

I'm a rookie at eyeshadow, no matter how many youtube videos I watch mine just never looks like same. So with this palette detailing where you apply each shade is perfect, though I did google what a definer was as I couldn't quite figure what that meant. The shades in this are pretty good for Autumn too with the dark copper shades. I was pretty impressed at how pigmented these are and how good quality they are. There isn't much fall out from these which you get quite a bit from cheaper eyeshadows.

ThroughNewEyes Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette review and swatches

I really love the copper and gold shades, they're always my go to shades for most palettes I buy and the red is just such a lovely shade for Autumn. I really like this palette and can't wait to get my hands on some more of their range!

Have you tried anything from Wet n Wild yet?

Acne Ultra Clear Moisturiser*

Throughneweyesx - Acne Ultra Clear Moisturiser Skincare

I've always been convinced I didn't need a nighttime moisturiser until recently, and to be quite honest if I hadn't been sent this from Acne Ultra Clear I probably never would have any time soon. The Autumn Skincare Guest Post that was published a few weeks ago did make me think it was about time too. I always struggle buying moisturisers as I'm always worried it will make me break out and I'll have to start from scratch again, so I tend to find what works and stick to it.

This moisturiser is meant to be a day and night moisturiser, but I find it a little heavy to be under my makeup so it's night time for me. It's also great to stick on as a mask if your face needs a little more tlc after the cold weather outside. I need to take more care of my skin, I'm not one who wants to age gracefully.. so if moisturiser will help I'll use it. If you're lucky to not wear make up though, this doesn't leave any greasy residue on your face to go out and face the world.

Throughneweyesx - Acne Ultra Clear Moisturiser Skincare

The cream claims to reduce any redness and spots, and even rid you of any spots you currently have. It is also 100% natural too, so there is no horrible additives in it which I usually react to (that's why I love Lush too). It contains: Coconut Oil (which everyone loves lately), Beeswax & Marigold - I've always loved Burts Bee's stuff so I know my skins likes that too.

I've been using it around a month now and I really love it. My makeup is applying a 100x better and looks better and my skin has cleared up amazingly. I also think my scarring has went slightly too, which I have tried everything to rid it. I do still get the odd spot, I have oily spot prone skin so nothing is ever going to stop that. But this and Lush's Grease Lightning have become my skin staples for night time now, it's gave me a little more confidence in my own skin (I'm still not going shopping make up less though..).

Mac Dodgy Girl

ThroughNewEyesx Mac Osbournes Limited Edition Lipstick Dodgy Girl

It's not new news that I love Mac lipsticks, especially when the word Limited Edition is mentioned! I know this isn't a new one on the block, but it's one of my favourites I've never mentioned before. And yes I am adding another purple to my ever growing collection. This is part of the Mac Osbournes collection from the start of the year (I think it was), and it is called Dodgy Girl. I did originally buy Strip Poker which is a really light cream, why I bought it I will never know as it doesn't suit me in the slightest! Anyone want it, ha?

I do actually have a dupe for this, but this is still my favourite version of it. Especially cause it looks really pretty too. This is a matte lilac colour and blends in perfectly with Macs Pro Longwear pencil in Fashion Boost too, though with it being matte you don't need a liner! I always love how I feel when I put this lipstick on, it's just so bright and cheery. I can legitimately be cheered up by a lipstick in the morning, sad right.

ThroughNewEyesx Mac Osbournes Limited Edition Lipstick Dodgy Girl Swatch

My stupid old lip piercing always ruins lip swatches, why was I allowed it!

I know it's Autumn and it's all berry toned lips, but I like to mix it up. I wear a lot of berry tones in the Summer too, I don't see the difference! But seeing as this isn't in stores anymore, Makeup Academy actually do this lipstick in a shade called Lilac Belle and for only £1!! It's not on par with a Mac lipstick, but for a pound it's nothing.

Do you have a favourite limited edition shade?
