I used to be one of those people who had 1 foundation and it would be all I would use. Now I have around 7 that I mix between constantly depending on the day, and I still want more foundations. Girl can never have too many foundations. That's a quote, right? I have seen loads of people raving on about this foundation and how good it is for oily skin, and being an oily skin girl I immediately needed it! I'm always searching for my holy grail foundation.

Although this may not be my 'holy grail' it's definitely up there in my favourites, and I actually pretty much managed to colour match my NC15 skin with the 15 Opal tone. I must admit when I first swatched it the foundation had a really pink undertone, but when it came to using it a yellow undertone appeared. Weird, but I was so relieved as my skin has a much more yellow undertone.

The foundation can really cover your flaws with only one coat, which amazes me as nothing covers my scarring with one coat. It is still buildable though and looks even more flawless with a second coat, it's formula really reminds me of Kat Von D's foundation. I still use my Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer under my eyes and above my cheekbones for added definition though, nothing beats a highlighted cheekbone.

The powder is something I haven't tried anything like before, nor have I tried a loose powder. I did buy a Ben Nye one once but it was sooo dark I never used it, so I was excited to try this out. Ever since hearing about Kim K 'baking' her foundation I've wanted to give it a try. This is perfect for it to, with it not having a colour to it you can apply it all over, or like me just to your oily areas. This powder doesn't cake your foundation like most and really sets your foundation like a setting spray. It comes with a little puff, which isn't really for me (think of White Chicks) but I use it with a brush and I love it. I use it with all my other foundations too. My other go to foundations are Nars Sheer GlowEstee Lauder Double Wear Light and Bourjois Healthy Mix, and now this one is up there with them!

This foundation is £18 from Boots and the powder is £15 from Boots, they're not exactly high end or budget, but nicely in between!

Have you tried this foundation yet?
