Bondi Sands Liquid Gold

Bondi Sands Liquid Gold

Here I am, weeks after vowing to not use Cocoa Brown anymore, now trying to find a good fake tan again. Everyone told me to grab this on Twitter, so there was enough persuasion as I needed (not much). I've been meaning to try Bondi Sands for ages but there is so many different ones in their range I never knew which was the best, and the thought of an oil scared me too!

I was a little worried trying to use this as I'm so used to foams, whereas oils you can't see really where you're applying it so it has taken a little getting used to. But the fact that this literally smells like coconut has convinced me enough!

You apply this using your normal fake tan mitt, the oil does make your mitt that little bit manky quicker,  but shoving it in the wash more often won't kill you. You apply it in strokes rather than the usual circular motions, that was even hard to get used to. It was like the whole pat your head and rub your belly all over again! Then once you've applied it you just go about your day, you don't even have to wash it off. Best perk, I hate fake tanning at night and having to wash it off at midnight!

This doesn't go streaky, but it doesn't like dry patches all that much. So it's best to moisturise first, as no one wants orange knees! This doesn't make you mahogany over night, but it definitely gives you a noticeable tan after one application. Two layers are my favourite though, makes me feel like I've just came back from holiday. I wish though...

What is your favourite fake tan?
